The purpose of the Almadina Language Charter Academy School Council is to support and enhance learning opportunities and outcomes for all students enrolled at ALCA.  All ALCA School Council meetings are open to parents, legal guardians or extended family members of the student body, the staff and the community at large.

Among some of the exciting developments discussed is the school's recent two year membership with the Alberta School Councils' Association (ASCA).  This provincial association represents parents on school councils and is committed to enhancing student success through meaningful parental involvement.

The ALCA School Council welcomes any feedback and suggestions to help facilitate continued achievement for Almadina students.

Testimonials

"I liked building our Indian elephants with 'Clay for Kids' because I could roll the trunk and it’s legs. It was neat because it was social, science, art, and language arts all in one!"
